Jenn’s Sweet Treats accepts Credit Cards (via Square), Venmo, PayPal, Cash and Check. For Clients paying by check, please note that your check must clear before your order can be completed. To reserve your spot on my baking schedule, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Your order does NOT go onto our calendar until we receive your retainer. Your remaining payment must be paid in full 14 days prior to pick-up of your cookie order. Your order will not be started unless the final payment has been made on-time.

Cookie orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
We suggest placing your order AT LEAST six weeks prior to your event date.For larger orders (100+ cookies), please allow extra time – contact Jenn for additional information.
Currently, we are booking orders 6+ months in advance, so please do not hesitate to contact us for your future event.
Jenn’s shortbread cookies are best enjoyed immediately after pick-up, and as they contain no preservatives, we recommend that you finish your cookies within one week for optimum freshness. JST cookies also freeze very well!

All cookie orders are available for pick-up in Berkley (48072) at my residential location.
Jenn’s Sweet Treats can be delivered throughout the metro Detroit (Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties) area for an additional nominal fee of $0.50/mile round-trip for orders over $500
and within 15 miles of my location.
I'm sorry, but shipping is NOT available under Michigan's Cottage Food law.

Jenn’s Sweet Treats cookies start at $3.75 for single non-elaborate cookies (with 2-3 colors and a very simple design).
Most custom designs start at $4.00 each. Pricing is determined by size, number of colors and complexity of design.
Larger cookies and Cookie “pops” start at $4.50 a cookie.
More complex designs, logos, personalization, character cookies, metallics and extra colors WILL increase your price per cookie.
Pricing includes packaging in a clear, sealed cellophane bag.
Satin bows and gift boxes are also available – please indicate your preference on the inquiry form for a quote.
JST popper (quarter-sized) cookies start at $4.00/bag of 10 or if you would like to order them in bulk for platters, they are $0.40 - 0.55 each (depending upon design). Minimum order of 100 poppers.
Cookie bouquets prices vary, starting at $35 for a 5-cookie bouquet - please contact Jenn for more information.

Minimum quantity is 2 dozen (24) cookies -- please note, these must be the same theme, after that feel free to order the number of cookies you need. If you wish to have multiple themes within your minimum order, your price will increase to accommodate the additional designs.

Holiday Orders do NOT have an order minimum. To be the first to know about holiday orders - sign-up for JST's VIP email list and you'll receive the ordering link 24 hours before it goes live on social media. Holiday orders require full payment upfront and your payment is non-refundable.
